WHERE CAN I FIND THE REFERENCE NUMBER OF MY WATCH?
The first step is to check your paperwork. Reference numbers can be found on papers, warranty cards, and occasionally on the watch case. If you do not have your papers, you may be able to find it etched in the caseback.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF MONEY I CAN GET?
A few factors go into the valuation of your watch: condition, included accessories, and the current selling value of the secondary market.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE AN EVALUATION?
We make offers same day of your items arriving at our processing facility.
If you are at one of our two South Florida Locations you will receive an offer immediately.
HOW IS MY PURCHASE OFFER DETERMINED?
The condition of your watch, included accessories (boxes and papers), and the current secondary market resale value of your watch are all factors to be considered when determining the value of your offer.
WHAT IF I DECLINE THE PURCHASE OFFER?
You are welcome to decline any offer. If the watch is already in our processing facility, we will return the watch to you and cover the cost of shipping (including insurance). If the watch is in your possession, there is nothing more you need to do once you have declined the offer.
CAN I NEGOTIATE MY PURCHASE OFFER?
